Refund policy

We strive to provide high-quality products that meet your expectations. However, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Exceptions

We do not offer returns or exchanges except in the following cases:
    •    Defective or damaged products: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at jaleinshop@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend checking with your local carrier or neighbors.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
